Tour Overview

In the dry season (July – November) is the best season to visit Tarangire National Park. When the Maasai steppes dry up with the end of the long rains in June, migratory animals return to the Tarangire River so you will see a lot of wildlife along the river. It might be one of your unforgettable memories in Tanzania!

Full Itinerary

Day 1 Arusha -Tarangire - Arusha

Leave early in the morning from Arusha with lunch boxes. Drive to Tarangire National Park, it takes about 2 hours from Arusha town. Full day game drive and lunch in the park. The park is famous of Baobab trees and elephants. The park is perfect for bird watching as the park has over 300 species of birds. We drive back to Arusha in the afternoon and arrive at Arusha around 5 or 6 pm.
