Full Itinerary
Leave early in the morning from Arusha with prepared lunch. Drive to Lake Manyara National Park (around120 km and 2 hours drive from Arusha). Full day game drive and lunch in the park. You will enjoy beautiful view of the park. If we are lucky we see some tree climbing lions! We will drive to the lodge around Lake Manyara or Karatu in the evening for dinner and an over night stay.
Night game drive upgrade is possible in Lake Manyara. Please let us know when you make a booking if you would like to do a night game drive.
After breakfast early in the morning depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area with our lunch boxes. Stop at the view point to have a look at the crater view then we drive around the rim of the crater till we descend about 650m (2000ft) to the crater floor. We explore the crater which is home to over 25,000 animals including elephants, lions, cheetahs, wildebeests, buffaloes, and the rare black rhinos. Here is the only place we have a good change to see black rhinos. We have lunch in the crater then in the afternoon we drive to Arusha and arrive around 5 or 6 pm.
